Anton Brogden is a Delaware resident and Dover community member whose life has been shaped by service, leadership, perseverance, and a commitment to the people around him.
Service first

Anton attended James H. Groves High School in Wilmington before going on to serve his country in the United States Navy. His military service instilled in him the values of discipline, responsibility, teamwork, accountability, and dedication — principles that have continued to guide him throughout his life.
Twenty years of leadership
Following his service in the Navy, Anton built more than 20 years of leadership and management experience, including managing a home care office. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with individuals, families, employees, and people from many different walks of life. Those experiences have given him a firsthand understanding of the challenges people face and the importance of treating every person with dignity and respect.
Anton has also remained connected to his community through his involvement as a Freemason, continuing a tradition centered around fellowship, service, character, and helping others.
Second chances
His journey has not always been easy. Anton’s own experiences have taught him the importance of accountability, resilience, perseverance, and second chances. Rather than allowing setbacks to define him, he has used those experiences to grow, take responsibility, and better understand the struggles that many people face.
As a Dover resident, veteran, professional leader, and community member, Anton has spent his life building relationships with people from different backgrounds and learning what it means to lead by example.
Why he’s running
Today, Anton is seeking to bring those experiences to public service as a candidate for State Representative in Delaware’s 31st District. He believes effective leadership starts with listening — listening to residents, understanding the challenges facing families and neighborhoods, and working with the community toward practical solutions.
Anton Brogden brings a lifetime of experience, service, and perseverance to his commitment to District 31.
